A note from the Organizers

Dear Fallout Fans!

We are so excited to have our first official announcement for this year’s 2025 Fallout Fan Celebration event! The support we continue to receive from this wonderful community is very humbling, and we have been hard at work planning another spectacular event. 

With that being said, we do have to make some changes to the event this year. Because we have such an amazing community, what started as a small “who knows how many will show up” event, has grown exponentially each year and to ensure that we can continue to offer this amazing experience, we have had to branch out a bit. This year, we are enlisting the assistance of other venues. They are super excited to be a part of this year’s celebration. 

You will also notice that this year we are adding a fee to attend, which is simply to offset the increased costs of operating an event of this scale that includes transportation, additional security, and overall administration of the event (like pesky permits, insurance, etc.). As you can imagine - especially if you have an understanding of restaurant margins, one would have to sell an unimaginable amount of burgers & beer to offset $250K+ worth of expenses, which is what the weekend event now costs us to produce. So, the $30 fee (good through May 31) will help make the event more sustainable moving forward, allow us to add new and exciting activities, and provide us a more accurate account of how many folks to expect.

Event: 4th Annual FALLOUT FAN CELEBRATION 2025, also known as New Vegas Day (s)

When: the 2025 Fallout Fan Celebration will occur over a 3-day period in November: Friday, November 14th , Saturday, November 15th, & Sunday, November 16th, 2025.

Where: Pioneer Saloon, Sandy Valley Ranch, and Buffalo Bills.

Where to stay: Buffalo Bills is the official hotel for this year’s event, and they are offering special rates for this weekend to our attendees. You may book your reservation online at Buffalo Bills Reservations and use code SCFALL in the “Promotional Codes” section to receive the discounted rates and special resort fee. Additional information on overnight accommodations like camping on BLM, RV overnight parking, and dry camping will be available in future communications.

Ticket Price: “Early VertiBird” pricing is $30 per person through May 31st. After May 31st, the ticket price will increase to $45 per person. Everyone 5 years and older is required to purchase a ticket to enter the event. 

If a ticket purchaser wants to take advantage of the “Early VertiBird” pricing but are concerned about potential scheduling conflicts, attendees can purchase ticket insurance, for an additional $10, that will provide a full refund of the ticket price until October 31st in the event one needs to cancel for any reason. Ticket insurance is NON-REFUNDABLE.

• Fallout cooking challenge (win and get your dish on the Pioneer Saloon menu for a year!)

There will likely be additional activities to choose from that involve an extra fee, such as:

• Expanded tours to other locations from Fallout: New Vegas
• Fallout Paint Ball and/or Air Soft Games
• Certain workshops
• “Elite” Meet & Greets
• Photography sessions
• VIP access (see next point)

• Admission to the 3-day event

• VIP lanyard (limited / collectors’ addition)
• Exclusive access to VIP lounges with dedicated bars

• Advance access to tours and other activity purchases
• Priority line access for food, beverages, and merchandise at designated locations
• Discounts on select venues for food, beverage, and merchandise
